Developer Toolkit : Value cannot be null Paeameter name: Path exception when loading existing plugin assemblies

Hi, When I try to create a new Dynamics CRM 2011 Plugin library solution for an organization the plugin assemblies already registered are not loading. I get the following error when I refresh the plugin Assemblies " Value cannot be null ,Parameter name:path"Image may be NSFW.
