I want to fetch email templates based on the case attributes

Dear Friends,

I want to fetch email templates based on the attributes that i am using in my case form.

Explanation : 

In my case form i have an attribute country and i have selected India in it and form is saved. Now if i clcik the activities and then email , ssytem redirects me to Email entity (for creating an email) from their i click insert template, i select the regarding and click ok, now here a pop opens within this pop up i want to see email templates related to my country (India) .(Which i have selected in my case form).

In step 2 to see the selected country (in my case form) email templates like "Global Templates"
