Hi Community,
I am trying to deactivate an account using a workflow.
Simply choosing change status from the dropdown menu does not work as i have to first set the status reason, but this is where i get stuck.
The status reason (statuscode) field is added and visible on the account form, but when I pull up the account form from the workflow proces when selecting 'update record', the field is not showing ...
Any help is much appreciated.
